Terms & Conditions for TryForFree Contact Lens Trial Program:

Eligibility: The TryForFree Contact Lens Trial Program (“the Program”) is open to individuals who are new wearers of contact lenses and meet the following criteria:

1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Must not have any existing known eye or corneal diseases.
3. Must be willing to undergo an eye examination by a qualified optometrist.
4. Must agree to pay the eye examination fee of $30 (Singapore Dollar) before participating in the Program.
5. Must provide relevant personal information during the registration process.

Participation:
To participate in the Program, eligible individuals must complete the following steps:

1. Schedule and attend an eye examination.
2. Pay the eye examination fee of $30 (Singapore Dollar).
3. Follow the optometrist’s recommendations based on the examination results.
4. Agree to comply with the optometrist’s instructions for contact lens wear, maintenance and follow-up.

Contact Lens Trial:

1. Upon completion of the eye examination, eligible individuals will receive a trial supply of contact lenses suitable for their eye prescription and needs.
2. The trial supply will be provided free of charge for a limited period(not more than 7 days), as determined by the optometrist.
3. Participants are responsible for using the trial lenses according to the provided instructions.
4. Participants must promptly report any discomfort, redness, or vision-related issues to their optometrist.

Medical Advice and Disclaimer:

1. The Program is not a substitute for professional medical advice or care. Participants should consult with a qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist for any concerns or questions regarding their eye health.
2. TryForFree and its affiliates do not assume any liability for any complications or adverse effects arising from the use of contact lenses obtained through the Program.

Program Termination:

1. TryForFree reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without prior notice.
2. Participants will be informed in advance if any changes are made to the Program.
3. In the event of termination, participants will be able to complete their trial period but may not be eligible for any additional supplies or benefits beyond the initial trial.

Privacy:

1. TryForFree will collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its Privacy Policy.
2. Personal information collected during the Program will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Program and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
