ACUVUE® OASYS® for ASTIGMATISM is a soft toric contact lens manufactured from senofilcon A, a silicone hydrogel material with 38% water content. This composition supports adequate oxygen permeability to the cornea and allows consistent gas exchange throughout extended wear periods.
The lenses incorporate Accelerated Stabilised Design technology, which helps maintain consistent lens centration and reduces rotational movement during daily activities, contributing to stable vision throughout wear.
HYDRACLEAR® Plus technology integrates a wetting agent into the lens material to support tear film stability and moisture retention. This may help reduce discomfort associated with dryness, particularly during extended digital device use or in dry environments.
The lenses provide Class 1 UV protection, blocking UV-A and UV-B radiation. UV-protective eyewear should be worn to supplement lens-based protection and protect periocular tissues.
